Croissance, production et demande d'énergie d'une population de soles (Solea vulgaris) introduite dans une lagune aménagée (bassin d'Arcachon) ArchiMer
Lasserre, G.; Lasserre, P..
Population of 4000 soles received from an induced spawing (COB-BREST), with a mean weight o£ 54 mg were introduced into a man modified lagoon (1000 m2 ) at Certes (4 soles/m2 ). The experiment was continued until December 1977 and permitted an analysis of the demographic evolution of the population : structure number, biomass, growth, production. Simultaneously an estimate of the trophic support necessary for the population derived by correlating oxydative demands with rate of oxygen consumption, was determined experimentally with specimens obtained during the samplings for growth and production (19 VII, 14 IX, 24 XI, 20 XII 1977). 1°) The demographic evolution of the population shows a rapid growth and a strong spread in size. For the short duration of...

Evolution saisonnière des populations de diatomées benthiques dans les lagunes aménagées de Certes ArchiMer
Malissen, M.o.; Lasserre, P..
In lagoons and estuarine ecosystems, the benthic microflora contributes considerably to the primary production of the area and consists largely of diatoms Monthly samplings have been made from December 1976 to March 1978 in a shallow station characterized by the lack of macrophytes. Two sets of monthly samplings were made allowing in theone hand a qualitative analysis and on the other hand a quantitative study by cellular counts. The diatom populations show a cyclic evolution with two peaks : one in February 1977 and the other in September 1977. This cycle is confirmed by the diversity and dominance analysis. Seasonal evolution is characterized by the dominance of one or more species with well marked succession of dominant species (Nitzschia Navicula et...

Influence de la température sur la consommation d'oxygène du bar juvénile, Dicentrarchus labrax L. ArchiMer
Bical, C.; Lasserre, P..
This study quantifies the influence of temperature on the respiratory activity of juvenile Dicentrarchus labrax L. The fry were less than one year old and were obtained from the breeding tanks at the C.O.B. (Centre Océanologique de Bretagne). Diminution in the oxygen concentration, during time, within sealed vessels was measured with a Clark oxygen electrode (Orbisphere Material modified). Initially the respiratory rate was determined, for acclimatized fishes, as a function of the decrease in the oxygen concentration of the milieu at different temperatures (8°, 10°, 15°, 20° and 25°C) and constant salinity 30 %o . The relationship between metabolism and weight, at these temperatures was then established for two different levels of activity "routine" and...

Modification de l'équilibre démographique de la meiofaune dans les lagunes aménagées de Certes ArchiMer
Castel, J.; Lasserre, P..
Monthly sampling for a 2-year period allowed comparisons between the communities of meiofauna living in fish ponds ("reservoirs a poissons de Certes") and those inhabiting a contiguous tidal pool ("lac de tonne"). Nematods and copepods constitute the bulk of the meiofaunal populations. The community structure of copepods is considered in detail. The communities of copepods are clearly separated between the two areas. In terms of abundance, diversity and species persistence, the meiofauna is more stable in the intertidal pool than in the fish ponds. When the seasons are well marked, the community structure of the copepods in the fish ponds is nearly equilibrated in spring, with a maximum of diversity in May-June. During high eutrophication periods, in...
